WHAT IS CLINICAL SOMATICS?

Clinical Somatics is neuromuscular education that uses the groundbreaking techniqueof pandiculation to retrain muscle memory and relieve pain. It engages the nervous system in an active learning process that consists of very slow, focused, conscious movements. The movement techniques used in Clinical Somatics teach the nervous system how to release chronic muscle tension and stand and move in natural, efficient ways so that you aren’t putting yourself in pain or doing damage to your body.

Our workshop will give you exercises,

  • Releasing chronic muscle tightness
  • Preventing recurring injuries
  • Preventing joint degeneration
  • Improving flexibility and range of motion
  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Improving sleep and breathing
  • Improving balance
  • Enhancing athletic performance
