Beth Cosi
is a Mother, an entrepreneur, a business owner and a teacher. She's been teaching yoga full-time for more than a decade and has built two thriving yoga companies, Bendy Brewski Yoga and Tapas Yoga. She is a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador noted in many publications, including The New York Times, Women's Health, and Charleston Magazine. Raised in Memphis; Charleston is home; and travelling the World leading retreats.
I am my most comfortable and Best Self when in the teacher's seat. I give my utmost attention and care, going slow and attending to all our present Parts. Whether one group class, a retreat or years of sessions, every person is important. The story wouldn't be the same without YOU.
