My Vision

Since 2010, I’ve been creating spaces for people to connect and practice yoga. Guided by a strong sense of self, a passion for fascia and nervous system science, and a gentle presence, my classes help people become more aware and find balance. My goal and intention is to empower students through somatic practices that connect them to their body and support nervous system regulation, helping them remember their wholeness and love themselves more deeply.

    • Vinyasa classes focus on synchronization of breath and movement and are perfect for those looking for a more dynamic and challenging yoga practice.

    • Hatha yoga emphasizes the alignment of the body and mind, allowing the student to move through the postures with great concentration.

    • Restorative yoga is a great option for those who want to slow down, relax, and release tension from the body.

    • Yin classes focus on long-held poses and promoting flexibility in the muscles and joints.

Beth has created a safe, inclusive, and calming environment for everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

  • If you’re new to yoga or a community, here are some tips to help you find the perfect yoga instructor.

    1. Read their bio and check out their website. Does their story resonate with you? What kind of person is the teacher?

    2. How long have they been teaching (not just practicing)? What trainings and certifications do they have? It only matters if it aligns with what you want out of your practice… right now.

    3. Where do they teach? Accessibility is key to creating a consistent practice.

    4. 4. Can you communicate with the teacher? Ask questions, tell them a bit about what you’re looking for. This shows dedication to students.

    5. Check out student reviews. What are students saying and who are her students? Can you relate?

    6. Essentially, take a few of their classes, at least 3.

  • I modify poses as needed, and I’m happy to make changes and variations to suit your needs. We have beginner-friendly classes which focus on building a solid foundation in postures and alignment. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, and support you on your journey to better health, strength, and peace of mind.
