Returning to La Taillede to nourish our heart- instinct; to connect to the ancient wisdom of the land and to practice and play in joy and fellowship. Remembering that it is our joy that connects us and keeps us part of the universal heartbeat of healing and change. Come be an important part of Wellspring Retreat. 

Details:

We begin with a 2 night stay in the gorgeous seaside town of Collioure, where we will explore art galleries, castles and cobbled streets, shop the markets. We will dip in the Mediterranean Sea and enjoy this hidden gem and all it has to offer!  WHY begin here? It extends the opportunity to connect with the people and history of this part of the World and it sets the stage for opening our hearts through curiosity and beauty. 

You will choose your room at Hotel Les Roches Brunes for Saturday and Sunday. (I have negotiated hotel room cost; please note it is an additional expense and is not included in the retreat fee.)

In Collioure, we will explore, sunbathe, rest from our travels. A group supper at a remarkable seaside restaurant is organised for you on Saturday and is included in your retreat fee. Sunday we enjoy Collioure's food, flowers and craft market. In the late afternoon, a wine tasting within ancient vineyards has been arranged and is included.

At La Taillede we bask in its Catalan beauty, relish in vegetarien cuisine, and move our bodies with Yoga, dance, donkey- accompanied mountain hike with picnic and a shorter "Ruin" hike to the river--who will take the cold plunge?!  At La Taillede, we will settle in and lounge in the sun by the pool, practice being comfortable in our quiet, sit by the bonfire on the terrace and soak in the wood-fired tubs. This place is more than exceptionally beautiful, it is resonant with deep magic. I cannot wait for you to experience it, heal from it, expand within it. 

Accommodations at Lataillede and Retreat Pricing:

There are 4 Gite (apartments) to choose from. See the description below. I have been in every one of them and each is perfection! 

Prices are inclusive: including most meals and transportation and outings. Flights and 2 night hotel room in Collioure are NOT included.

What's Included:

• Train from Barcelona Station to Figueres - Vilafant Station, Fast Train, (1hr) best accommodations. Ticket is for Saturday 21, noon train (exact time will be shared closer to date, once tickets have been purchased in your name). 
• Private group transportation from Figueres-Vilafant Train Station to Collioure. Saturday 21., (1hr) 
• A 4-course Dinner at the renowned Hotel Restaurant, Saturday 21 
• Group Wine Tasting and history , Collioure Sunday, 22
• Private group transportation from Perpignan to La Taillede. Monday 23. (1hr) 
• 4 Nights accommodation at La Taillede, Monday 23- Friday 27 and exquisite vegetarian meals, prepared by Chef Karolina, (3 meals per day, or brunch and supper) 
• Welcome Apertif Monday 23 
• Carafe house wine at every dinner;  
• Two guided hikes with Ali, one with picnic. 
• Minimum 2 sessions daily at La Taillede with Two teachers: Beth Cosi & guest Kendra Bratherton! 
• Tourist taxes and tips, (at la Taillede) 
• Private group transportation from La Taillede to Figueres Train Station. Friday 27 
• Train to Barcelona- fast train ticket, best accommodation. Friday 27, 2pm. (exact time will be shared closer to date, once tickets have been purchased in your name).

What's not included:

Airline travel; transportation from airport to train station in Barcelona. 

Hotel room in Collioure, 2 nights (you can arrange another place to stay in Colllioure if you wish, however Hotel Les Roches Brunes is perfectly located, is fairly priced and will be our meeting place.) 

Meals other than what is mentioned in the retreat package (see above); 

Transportation from Barcelona train station to airport or your hotel on Friday September 27th.

Suggested flights: To arrive: either Friday Sept. 20th to stay in Barcelona for the night OR arrive Saturday Sept 21st in the morning to be on the train platform by 1130am. To Depart: Saturday Sept 28th in the morning from BCN. (Our train from La Taillede arrives Friday around 2pm, this is included in your cost)

Deposit is $500 per person and is non-refundable. I highly recommend insuring the cost of your retreat and travel. The retreat is non-refundable for any reason.
