About the Event
Complete details are coming. This is an all-inclusive retreat while on property.
There will be Yoga twice a day on most days; Â breakfast, plus one meal (lunch or dinner) privately cheffed; Â two group excursions- one into Lisbon for the day and the other TBA. Transportation (except for excursions) is not included. Private energy and Tensegrity Medicine sessions to support your journey.
