Five intentional days and nights of somatic movement, incredible local fare and supportive fellowship in gorgeous coastal Maine. Now more than ever we need grounding movement practices and simple pleasures of good food and joyful gatherings to reinforce our sense of safety, calm and connection. Days will feel plentiful and spacious; nights rich in conversation and rest. Limited to 10.
INCLUDES : Cheffed gourmet meals, guided historic tour, private King bed accommodations, daily Yoga, CSE sessions and group work to encourage connection. Plenty of space in the afternoons for scheduling additional outings; 15 min from Portland
Agenda
Welcome Wednesday Settle in; group introductions followed by 3 course cheffed dinner. (The house will be available for arrival at 2).
First day begins with yoga followed by cheffed breakfast. Leisurely walk historic Scarborough or Portland and take lunch at one of the many eateries. Yin practice in the evening followed by four course cheffed supper at the house.
Second day begins with yoga followed by cheffed brunch. Our group history walking tour is at 2pm in Portland. Group supper is out tonight at a local Lobster Pound.
Third day begins with an earlier, lighter cheffed breakfast and yoga later in the morning. A beach trip to Cape Elizabeth and lunch. Four course cheffed supper at the house.
Fourth day begins with yoga followed by cheffed breakfast. Free time. Four course cheffed supper at the house.
Departure day begins with yoga followed by continental breakfast. (depart by 11am)
Lodging: Historic 1750’s farmhouse with eight King bedrooms, transformed with thoughtful design to ensure a cozy and welcoming stay with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Just minutes from stunning beaches and only 15 minutes from Portland.
