Welcome ease and connection back with lazy days and gentle nights; porch conversations, slow walks, intentional movement and amazing meals. Themed group tarot sessions optional and included. Limited to 8 Women.

INCLUDES : Cheffed meals, two group sessions with Beth daily, perfect accommodations, kayaks or canoe, and expert Tarot guidance with Mind Music Tarot. (All-inclusive except travel, trip insurance, and alcoholic beverage.)

Arrival is Monday 4pm. Welcome circle, practice and supper, followed by group Tarot.

(Every evening concludes with a reflection ritual: tarot or meditation, candles, gentle breath)

Tuesday through Thursday: every morning begins with a slow yoga flow (no vinyasa and appropriate for “non-yoga” participants), followed by breakfast. The days are leisurely and will include offers of group tarot, walks, rest, swimming, sunbathing, sessions with Beth. Amazing lunch. Every late afternoon we will have a Clinical Somatic Exercise or Yin practice followed by a delicious supper. There will be time to wander, rest and just BE.

*Optional- one of these mid-week days we will make the short drive to Botany Bay Heritage Preserve. (One of my favorite places in the Lowcountry.)

Departure day is Friday by 2pm and begins with yoga followed by a leisurely brunch and integration.

This retreat is intentionally held during the week, M-F, to deeply attend to creating ways / habits that support you in your every Monday-Friday.

The home is perfect: spacious, on a deep water creek with dock, quietly nestled in the trees; BIG screened-in porch. Edisto Beach is close by.
