Classes are open to beginners and seasoned students and blend Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Clinical Somatics to help you build strength, ease tension, and feel more connected to your body. Kundalini Yoga w/ Maria
Maria Fuhrmann of Memphis and Delta Groove Yoga, offers a vibrant and energy-rising Kundalini class every Tuesday inside the Dwell Virtual Studio. Each weekly online kundalini yoga class will focus on breathwork and traditional Kriya. All classes will be suitable for those new to kundalini yoga.
