Italy Retreat, Tuscany, La Dogana 2022

Six incredible evenings in the Tuscan countryside at La Dogana, at the border of Umbria, is a tale that is hard to recreate in words. 18 women (and one GREAT guy who bravely joined his wife) traveled from many corners of America and Europe to meet in Florence and share 6 very full days building friendships, creating rich memories, eating and celebrating and expanding their capacity to move, relate and to love. We went on excursions, shopped, shared stories with locals, dove deep into our Yoga Practice, relaxed and let go. And we laughed..and laughed and laughed! Italy should be a part of everyone's yoga journey!! We WILL return!
