Nourish & Nest- Southwest France Retreat, 2023

La Taillede is an ancient Catalan farmhouse, situated at 950m altitude, just outside the beautiful village of Corsavy in the Pyrenees Orientales region of France. We will occupy the entire farm for 5 nights and 6 days. Welcomed by Ali and Matt Cooper, their animals and private professional chef who specializes in Vegetarian cuisine. You will enjoy every corner of La Taillede's beauty- mountains, river, wood-fire hot tubs, gorgous pool, sauna, cold-plunge pool, hammocks, trails, small village life, grandeur of ancient place. It is going to be an experience of a lifetime!

This is a small group retreat (8-10), inclusvie of meals, healthy snacks, wine with dinner; 

1 included excursion to the Beautiful seatown of Collioure;

Guided hike with Ali and their donkey; Walk to the pristine river (take a dip!) with picnic lunch.

The village of Corsavy is a 15 minute walk if you want to grab lunch outside the farm, have a drink or a banter with the locals, shop, wander. 

Beth will lead deep soulful yoga practices with guided meditation, community circle and extended savasana (rest).

Investment : $2600-$5400 / Deposit is $500pp. ALL Inclusive (3 meals per day excpet when on excursion, Saturday and Monday). Transportation to / from La Talleide via Barcelona train station can be arranged for you for a nominal fee.
