-Fall is a perfect season to wander and wonder in NC Mountian Yoga Retreat.
Join us for a beautifully planned and placed Yoga Retreat in historical Tryon, NC. You'll honor your whole self through Yin and myofascial exploration with Beth Cosi. Plus hiking, good meals, wine tasting and discussion by the fire.
The home is an incredibly restored 1920's estate with room to wander and lots of amenities for comfort and community.
The schedule is relaxed- with one 75-90 mimute Yoga session per day, 6 thoughtfully prepared meals and nourishing snacks. Friday, a morning hike after breakfast with guide and naturalist, Todd Roy; lunch in town and an evening wine tasting with Lyn Tally of Scout & Cellar Wines before dinner. Saturday enjoy breakfast at leisure and roam the grounds. Yoga begins 2 hours after lunch (so take a walk or a nap!), join us for a seated casual dinner in town or decide to stay in. Our last night, we'll enjoy fires and book discussion and delicious teas or toddy. Sunday we we prepare our bodies for travel with morning yoga, enjoy a seated breakfast before departure.
