About the Event
-Fall is a perfect season to wander and wonder in NC Mountian Yoga Retreat.
Join us for a beautifully planned and placed Yoga Retreat in historical Tryon, NC. You'll honor your whole self through Yin and myofascial exploration with Beth Cosi. Plus hiking, good meals, wine tasting and discussion by the fire.
The home is an incredibly restored 1920's estate with room to wander and lots of amenities for comfort and community.
The schedule is relaxed- with one 75-90 minute Yin/Restorative/Fascial Exploration Yoga session per day.
Six thoughtfully prepared meals and nourishing snacks. Every evening you will enjoy fires, discussions and delicious teas or toddy.
Thursday, Yin at 5ish followed by a cocktila hour and vegetable forward supper
Friday, a morning hike after breakfast with guide and naturalist, Todd Roy- prepared picnic on the summit with yoga right before! Enjoy an evening wine tasting with Lyn Tally of Scout & Cellar Wines and charcuterie and savory boards. Still hungry? Join me for a seated casual dinner in town.
Saturday, Yoga long session with props. Prepared breakfast. Lunch is on your own-- you have the day to roam the grounds or walk to town, or nap! Farewell Supper.
Sunday we prepare our bodies for travel with morning yoga and enjoy a light breakfast before departure.
